Job Summary: The incumbent serves as the Retail Store Manager for Pure Marijuana Dispensary. This position is responsible for managing and directing all operations of the Dispensary.
Essential/Primary Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the Dispensary staff Ensure that all personnel are working efficiently and providing excellent customer service Cannabis sales
Experience and Knowledge Required: MED Support Badge Advanced METRC training Managerial and supervisory skills Experience managing retail cannabis dispensary (Medical & Recreational) Thorough knowledge of MED rules and requirements General computer skills Thorough cannabis knowledge – all forms of flower, concentrates, and topical’s
Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain monthly METRC compliance Perform month-end filing, receipts, end-of-day reports, completed duty sheets, and daily cannabis weights Create, maintain, and manage staff schedules for dispensary Fill-in when short staffed Maintain shop organization, cleanliness, and functions Perform daily cash drawer reconciliation Perform daily inventory reconciliation Order cannabis inventory, edibles, and accessories Create purchase orders, and receive products, special orders, joint and shake transfers Perform all required MERTC and or compliance entries Advise dispensary staff of any policy and procedural changes Perform check-in duties as needed Maintain Dispensary confidential data and files Work with Retail Operations Manager/senior management on personnel and operating budgets Monitor sales and review daily invoices for accuracy Perform all required security measures Maintain familiarization with daily social media and reviews Perform other official duties as assigned by the supervisor
