Job Summary:
This position will assist with the production of high-quality cannabis extracts along with cleaning and maintaining laboratory and equipment, recording data, and associated tasks. Responsible for the consistent, sanitary, and safe processing of cannabis trim. Utilizing company policies to successfully uphold quality and consistency of all products. The individual has the responsibility chopping and pre-processing of cannabis trim.
Essential/Primary Responsibilities:
Regular communication with the company management team is to be maintained to ensure all operational needs are met and any procedural problems are addressed and resolved proactively.
Responsible for processing and decarboxylation of cannabis plant material. When there is no material for the individual to process, they will report to packaging.
Experience and Knowledge Required:
Commercial cannabis laboratory experience is preferred
One to two years of experience with hemp and cannabis
MED Support Badge, METRC and ServSafe certified
Duties and Responsibilities:
Observe and listen to equipment to detect possible malfunctions and report malfunctions or undesirable tastes to supervisors
Set up, operate, and tend equipment and various instruments according to SOPs
Select and measure/weigh ingredients, using English/metric measures, and balance scales
Record production data for each product batch, such as the ingredients used, temperature, and time cycle, during pre-processing of cannabis trim
Examine product samples during production to evaluate quality, color, and texture and document the results
Perform all necessary equipment maintenance and safety checks in accordance with manufacturer specifications
Ensure that the production space is tidy, clean, and sanitary throughout daily operations
Complete all necessary inventory tracking paperwork
Follow all safety protocols put into place for machine operation every time
Perform other official duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Summary:
The Packaging Associate is responsible for packaging oil and infused products into individual size denominations. This position is also responsible for labeling, prepping and packaging finished orders for transfer to retail stores while maintaining department supplies and standards of cleanliness. The Packager must be prepared to package all products, and help other teammates as necessary. This position involves multiple parts of a dynamic process.
Essential/Primary Responsibilities:
Regular communication with the CCC Packaging Manager is to be maintained to ensure all operational needs are met and any procedural problems are addressed and resolved proactively
The packager is responsible for consistent, sanitary and safe production and packaging of infused cannabis products utilizing company policies to successfully uphold quality and consistency of all products produced
Experience and Knowledge Required:
Previous experience working within a MIP operation is preferred
Must be detail oriented and able to multitask
ServSafe certified
Colorado Med Support Badge
Must be familiar with current Colorado regulations and have an understanding of the regulatory requirements for MIP operations within Colorado
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform other official duties as assigned
Maintains the cleanliness of equipment and work-stations including shared areas (kitchens, bathrooms, facilities, etc.)
Monitors inventory and alerts management when supply levels are low
Alerts the compliance manager if there are any compliance concerns
Assists in inventory, counts and audits
Maintains compliance in all processes and procedures and makes recommendations for improvement
Helps in the back when needed
Performs all stages of processing syringes and cartridges
Applies labels to all products
Gathers inventory
Plan and lay out work to meet packaging and fulfillment schedule
Work as a part of a team to meet production schedule
Follow company SOPs
Perform other official duties as assigned
